Wed., 5/18 - Breakfast - Lisieux

What a day!  Two very emotionally moving visits today (St. Therese and American Cemetery at Normandy) and one just awe-inspiring, nothing short of WOW visit (Mont Saint-Michel). After breakfast we spent the morning visiting the tomb of St. Therese, the house she grew up in and then her Basilica, which as overwhelmingly beautiful.  As Lizzie noted, such a magnificent Church constructed for and dedicated to a young girl proves the Church's utmost love and respect for women. We celebrated Mass at a side chapel in the Crypt.
